Hutten Family Farm is owned and operated by Ted and Debra Hutten, along with our three daughters: Katherine, Sarah and Aleida.
Located at Lakeville, ten miles Northwest of Kentville, against the North Mountain slope, we grow tree fruits like apples, pears, cherries and plums, some small fruits ,and numerous vegetables including many special varieties.
Current productions: We currently grow our crops both on the land and in nine or ten greenhouses, depending on the time of year. No heating fuel is used except wood cut on the farm. Spinach and other greens are available even during much of the winter. In fall, you’ll find dozen or more apple varieties on our tables, Saturday mornings at the Historic Farmers’ Market.
