A variety of homemade polish recipes made fresh for the Historic Farmers’ Market. Favorites include  precooked pierogies, fresh or frozen. Popular varieties include: Potato and cottage cheese, potato and cheddar cheese,  potato, cheddar cheese and bacon,  sauerkraut and mushrooms. Polish soups include lima bean soup, cabbage soup, white borscht soup, hunter strew, barley soup, dill pickle soup. Let’s not forget the cabbage rolls with your choice of tomato or mushroom sauce.
